COURTNEY Vetter

Courtney is a certified Can Fit Pro Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer Specialist and Older Adult Fitness Specialist; she also holds certifications to teach Aquafitness, Olympic Weightlifting, Barre, Core and Stretch classes. Courtney always keeps up with her continuing education by participating in TRX, BOSU, Pilates and Kettlebell workshops.

Dancing is a big passion for Courtney as this is where her active life style started as she started competing at a very young age. She was also active in other sports and participated in team sports like soccer, hockey and football.

As Courtney is constantly looking to expand her knowledge in fitness and health, she is also excited to help you change your lifestyle to reach your fitness goals; which will always be presented with a good sense of humor.

LINDSEY Arnold

Lindsey comes from an extensive dance background, training for over 24 years in ballet, jazz, modern, contemporary, tap and musical theater. Originally from Michigan, Lindsey attended Western Michigan University, receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Dance with a minor in Marketing.

Lindsey was drawn to health and fitness at an early age. While attending college, Lindsey broadened her exploration of fitness and was introduced to Pilates mat and reformer which taught her the value behind safely exercising the body as a whole in order create an overall balanced body. Seeing and physically feeling the benefits that Pilates offers, Lindsey completed her Pilates education through BASI Pilates, with a focus in rehabilitation and pathologies. In 2013, Lindsey was also introduced to the Barre technique and quickly developed a passion for the dance, Pilates and Yoga inspired repertoire that Barre embodies. It was a blend of her two deepest passions, dance and fitness, thus leading her to become a certified bootybarre® instructor. Lindsey is also certified in TRX suspension training and is a Can Fit Pro Personal Trainer. Lindsey is excited to share her passion and knowledge with you and will motivate you to succeed in achieving all of your health and fitness goals.

ALI Boyes

Ali has been teaching yoga for 5 years. She brings a fun, playful yet nurturing energy to all her classes. She loves to take care of you and hold a space as you connect on your mat.

You will find Ali offering plenty of challenges while causing giggles and smiles with her sense of humour. Ali intends to make yoga fun and accessible for all levels, move you past your comfort zones and explore the practice from a deeper place within.

Ali has been an enthusiast of yoga for over a decade and has completed 2 teacher trainings that bring her to 500 hour certified instructor. She is constantly participating in workshops and master classes to deepen and expand her knowledge. From the physical body to the emotional body, come explore your self on and off the mat.

KAREEN Kotwa-Senechal

Kareen has been involved in the fitness and movement industry for over 25 years. Her journey began at the age of 4 with her love of dance. Her passion grew greater as she committed to all forms of dance which lead her to be a part of the extensive competitive stream of dance. She was fortunate to have trained at many prestigious schools and workshops through North America. She has won various awards, top scores, titles and scholarships for her performances. She is a graduate of the Dance Arts Program at Cambrian College, as well as, a graduate of the Dance Masters of America Teacher Training School, University at Buffalo.

She is the past owner and director of Dance Vision Performing Arts Studio in Barrie which ran successfully for 13 years. Over the course of her 18 year teaching career, she has been recognized for the excellent technical training of her students and her notable choreography. Her students have been the recipients of many honorable awards, winning numerous overall top scores, scholarships, as well as special recognition awards for good sportsmanship. Kareen’s students have been accepted into programs at Randolph Academy for the Performing Arts, The National Ballet of Canada, OIP, and have gone on to careers in the dance performance and teaching professions. She values and continues her involvement with teacher educational programs and master classes to keep current. She continues to be an award winning freelance teacher, choreographer and adjudicator on a full time basis.

Kareen has always made exercise, health and fitness a priority in her life. She took a barre class and instantly became passionate about what the whole body workout had to offer. That enthusiasm inspired her to become a fully certified Booty Barre Instructor in October of 2016. Through her attention to detail, form and alignment Kareen brings her clients to a higher level of fitness, strength and flexibility within each class. She desires to help others reach their lifestyle goals through physical activity and strives to create a fun yet challenging environment for her clients. Kareen has experience working with people from all age groups from beginners to experienced athletes. Her goal is to motivate and inspire her clients to do their best while building confidence within themselves while emphasizing the importance of the mind body connection. She welcomes you to join her in her high energy, physically challenging barre class. See you at the barre ☺

SARAH Melody

Sarah is a singer, songwriter, performer, recording artist, public speaker and yoga teacher. As a Yoga teacher she specializes in various styles including Vinyasa Yoga, SURFSET Fitness, and SUP yoga (Paddlefit certified). Sarah had the opportunity to teach SURFSET at 2017 Toronto Yoga Conference & Show. She combines her two loves: music and yoga, you might just catch her humming a tune while she teaches. This is one Melody you won’t forget.

SHAUNA Stacy

Shauna began her journey with yoga over 13 years ago practicing at home. She took her first studio yoga class back in 2011 to help her handle the usual life stresses. She fell even more in love with yoga and this is when her journey of self growth really began. This is also when she started to dream of becoming a yoga teacher.

Shauna attended the Moksha Yoga Teacher Training in Nicaragua in January 2016. The experience not only deepened her practice but also opened her up to so many amazing new people and ideas.

She also continued to follow her desire to help people and took her birth doula training in 2017.

It is through your body that you realise you are a spark of divinity.
